Technical Program Manager

Vimaan is looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage and deliver complex cross-functional programs that improve and enhance our products and services. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Edwardsville, Illinois or St. Louis, Missouri with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving project deliverables, resolving dependencies and managing risks, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, communicating progress and status to stakeholders, and building trusted customer relationships to identify future growth opportunities. The role will be an ambassador of Vimaan to the customer and the customer’s representative within Vimaan.

Technical Program Manager Qualifications

• Program Management and Project Management skills
• Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Experience with Software Development
• Customer Requirements Management, including prioritization and trade-off discussions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
• Experience with warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• The nature of the product/solution and data involved requires the candidate to be a US Citizen
