*GreenBox is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement a site-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned with GreenBox’s operational and automation goals.
Lead, facilitate, and actively participate in Kaizen events to identify root causes of inefficiencies and deliver sustainable improvements in productivity, cost, and quality.
Partner with warehouse leadership, automation engineering, IT, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance system integration.
Conduct time studies, process mapping, and value stream analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collect, analyze, and present performance data using KPIs and dashboards; track impact of improvement initiatives on metrics such as throughput, cycle time, order accuracy, and cost per unit.
Lead weekly audits and root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) and verifying sustainment.
Standardize processes across shifts and departments to support scalability and consistency as GreenBox expands its automated warehouse network.
Drive operator engagement in CI initiatives through training, coaching, and empowerment programs.
Maintain QMS documentation and compliance records; support readiness for external and internal audits.
