What we need
The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will be the strategic partner to the sales organization and will serve as the architect of our sales infrastructure, driving efficiency and boosting productivity across the sales organization. You will do more than manage systems; you will be the architect of our entire go-to-market infrastructure. This pivotal role owns and oversees our CRM (HubSpot), technology stack, sales training programs, new-hire onboarding, development and maintenance of the go-to-market playbook, and commission administration. This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and scale the processes, technology, and enablement programs that will drive efficiency, boost productivity, and optimize revenue growth across the entire organization.
GreenBox* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

What we do
The Sales team at GreenBox is part of the Commercial organization, which is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing contracts with customers.
What you’ll do
Lead the design and continuous improvement of our sales processes, systems, and tools.
Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and effective sales workflows.
Oversee the selection, integration, and maintenance of the software stack supporting the sales and marketing teams.
Develop, implement, and maintain the go-to-market playbook, ensuring consistency and best practices.
Drive sales enablement initiatives, including training, coaching, and onboarding for new sales hires.
Administer and oversee commission plans, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payments.
Provide actionable reporting and analytics to support sales performance and decision-making.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with a track record of managing CRMs and sales enablement tools.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Our Environment
Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
