About The Role

Flymingo is looking for a Senior Backend Python Rockstar to join our A-team and influence the department's architecture, methodologies, and work protocols.

You will have end-to-end ownership (from design to deployment) of new and existing components, prototypes, services, and features and take part in building the R&D department’s processes and workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Experience in Python.
• Experience with AWS and cloud deployments.
• Experience with serverless, event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and data modeling.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI technologies (Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.)
• Experience with video processing.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Jules)
