The system monitors and tracks products’ and people’s flow throughout the fulfillment center, producing insights on inefficiencies and helping managers and operators make adjustments to optimize flow, improve resource utilization, and reduce errors. Additionally, the system identifies mistakes and alerts managers on potential issues before they snowball.

A Product Manager At Flymingo

Since we’re a small yet highly skilled team, we expect Product managers to come up with practical solutions and account for their value, viability, usability, and feasibility.

The product manager must develop a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business and a deep understanding of our users and customers. Product team members must have the proficient technical and domain expertise to ensure our current and new products reach Product / Market fit effectively and efficiently. They will achieve this while collaborating closely with the team to discover effective solutions and then work together to deliver them to the market.

While we empower the teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that must be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the results. Shipping is necessary, but more is needed. We look for product managers who are unafraid of signing up for results, even when they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.

As with the other roles on the product team, this job is an individual contributor role. You will need to be able to influence your teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives by using data and logic.

This Position

You will work closely with a product team of engineers- orchestrating and guiding them to build value-creating products for our users from scratch. You will also work closely with our strategic clients to ensure the products you’re leading match their expectations, are used by the target personas, and create value for their business. You’ll also be expected to identify new use cases and opportunities we can capitalize on. It’s an excellent opportunity to build Flymingo’s product from the ground up.
