Job Description and responsabilities:• B.A. mechanical engineering• Above 7 years of experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms• Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases• Creative, with "out of the box" mindset, team-player and with great communication skills• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office, with "hands-on" experience in assembly of mechanisms and practical engineering• Great verbal and writing skills. Fluent in EnglishRequirements:• 3 years of leading and managing an engineering department• Past experience in managing an engineering team• Plan tasks for the team members (experience with task management tools)• Manages the team status and report to direct supervisor• Conduct team members performance reviews, including measurables KPIs• In charge of hiring and training new team membersEmployment type:Full-timeLocation:Our R&D lab in Sderot
