Job Description and responsabilities: • B.A. mechanical engineering • Above 7 years of experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms • Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases • Creative, with "out of the box" mindset, team-player and with great communication skills • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office, with "hands-on" experience in assembly of mechanisms and practical engineering • Great verbal and writing skills. Fluent in English Requirements: • 3 years of leading and managing an engineering department • Past experience in managing an engineering team • Plan tasks for the team members (experience with task management tools) • Manages the team status and report to direct supervisor • Conduct team members performance reviews, including measurables KPIs • In charge of hiring and training new team members Employment type: Full-time Location: Our R&D lab in Sderot
